Mobile Servicing and Breakdown Support for Crane Trucks

Mobile servicing and breakdown support is provided where a crane cannot be immediately returned to the workshop or where minor faults can be addressed on site. This service is intended to stabilise crane trucks, resolve simple issues and assess the scope of work required to return equipment to service.

CraneMech provides mobile support for crane-equipped vehicles and trailers experiencing crane-related issues. Initial support may be provided over the phone to identify basic faults and determine whether the issue can be resolved remotely or requires attendance.

Where on-site attendance is required, a service technician is dispatched to assess the crane and carry out minor repairs where practical. For issues that cannot be resolved safely or effectively in the field, the crane truck is scheduled into the Deception Bay workshop for full repair.

Mobile servicing and breakdown support is coordinated from the CraneMech Deception Bay workshop, supporting crane trucks operating across North Brisbane and the Brisbane metropolitan area.
