Hydraulic System Installation for Heavy Vehicles
Hydraulic systems are installed on prime movers and trailers to power lifting, tipping and auxiliary equipment. System design depends on the vehicle configuration, duty cycle, load requirements and the equipment being driven.
CraneMech installs hydraulic systems on prime movers and trailers used across transport, construction and industrial operations. Each install is planned around pump capacity, oil flow, pressure requirements and how the system will be operated in real conditions.
Hydraulic installs are commonly completed for new vehicle builds, addition of auxiliary equipment, trailer integration, or replacement of existing systems that no longer meet operational or compliance requirements. Supporting mechanical work is carried out as part of the same job where required.
All hydraulic installation work is completed at our Deception Bay workshop, supporting prime movers and trailers operating across Brisbane’s north side and surrounding regions.
