Vehicle Loading Crane Servicing and Maintenance
Crane servicing is required to keep vehicle loading cranes operating safely, reliably and within inspection requirements. Service needs vary depending on crane type, duty cycle, operating environment and the loads being handled.
CraneMech services vehicle loading cranes fitted to rigid trucks, prime movers and trailers. Servicing is carried out with consideration for hydraulic systems, controls, mounting components and the interaction between the crane and the host vehicle.
Crane servicing is commonly completed as part of scheduled maintenance, pre-inspection preparation, or investigation of faults identified during operation. Where required, related hydraulic, electrical or mechanical issues are addressed through the same workshop to avoid split responsibility.
All crane servicing work is carried out from the CraneMech Deception Bay workshop, with crane-equipped vehicles brought in from North Brisbane and the Brisbane metropolitan area, including fleets operating out of Brendale and Narangba.
