Breakdown Fault Diagnosis and Rectification for Vehicle Loading Cranes
Crane breakdowns occur due to hydraulic failures, electrical faults, structural damage or control system issues that prevent safe operation. Breakdown response requires accurate diagnosis and controlled rectification to return the crane to service without creating secondary faults.
CraneMech provides breakdown diagnosis and repair for vehicle loading cranes fitted to working trucks and trailers. Faults are assessed with consideration for the crane system, hydraulics, controls and how the crane interfaces with the vehicle.
Breakdown work is commonly required following sudden loss of function, inspection failures, hydraulic leaks, control faults or structural damage identified during operation. Where required, supporting mechanical or hydraulic repairs are carried out through the same workshop to maintain accountability.
All crane breakdown work is handled from the CraneMech Deception Bay workshop, with crane-equipped vehicles brought in from North Brisbane and the Brisbane metropolitan area, including fleets operating out of Brendale and Narangba.
