Inspection and Compliance Assessment for Cranes and Heavy Vehicles
Annual and major inspections are required to confirm that cranes, lifting systems and associated vehicle components remain safe to operate and meet inspection requirements. Inspection scope varies depending on equipment type, age, usage and regulatory requirements.
CraneMech carries out annual and major inspections for vehicle loading cranes and associated lifting systems fitted to working trucks and trailers. Inspections are performed with consideration for structural condition, hydraulic systems, controls and mounting arrangements.
Inspections are commonly completed as part of scheduled compliance programs, post-repair verification, or preparation for ongoing operation. Where defects are identified, rectification work can be planned and completed through the same workshop to avoid delays and split responsibility.
All inspection work is carried out from the CraneMech Deception Bay workshop, with vehicles brought in from North Brisbane and the Brisbane metropolitan area, including fleets operating out of Ipswich and Beenleigh.
